The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) are conducting an environmental study for the Northwest 138 Corridor Improvement Project. This study covers a 36-mile segment of State Route 138 extending from Interstate 5 to State Route 14 that will expand on the recommendations from the previous North County Combined Highway Corridor Study which was completed in 2004.
Following the scoping meetings held in March 2014, two Community Open House meetings will be offered on May 2 and 4, 2015 to provide the public an opportunity to learn the latest on the proposed project, including the range of alternatives that are being considered. Please plan on attending the meeting that is most convenient for you. Content provided at these meetings will be identical.
