Supervisors Ridley-Thomas and Solis direct the Chief Executive Office to work with the County’s Legislative Advocates in Sacramento to support Assembly Bill 1793, , legislation which proposes an expedited process for certain cannabis-related convictions to be automatically removed or reduced without petition. Report on the Health Agency’s Progress Serving as the Capital Improvements Intermediary. (Item 19)

Authorization sought for Public Health to execute Master Agreements for the provision of as-needed media services for County Departments with 21 qualified providers. (Item 20)

Ordinance for adoption amending the gas pipeline franchise granted by Ordinance No. 6765, as amended, to Southern California Gas Company to extend the term of the franchise for five years through June 30, 2023. (Item 21)
