May 24: ARTree Speaker Series: Bob Dickson & Matt Green at The MAIN
Time: 7:00 p.m.

Bob Dickson is a professional writer and a Professor at Masters University. He spent five years as a sports writer for The Santa Clarita Signal, where he received an Associated Press News Executives Council award for sports writing in 2003 and shared in a National Newspaper Association award for best sports series in 2006.

Matt Green is a producer, writer, and director from Masters University. Matt has a passion for sharing knowledge with others. With a BA in Business and an MA in Communication, Matt teaches in the Cinema & Digital Arts. He bagn his career working on music videos in the late 1990s.

May 30: Electronica Musique and Multimedia Concert at College of the Canyons

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Twelve up-and-coming composers, DJs and producers from College of the Canyons will feature a variety of music, dance and lights that will expand and challenge the audience’s expectations, leaving them with a sense of wonder and a new appreciation for this timeless medium.

Jun 1: Comedy Mashup at The MAIN

Time: 8:00 p.m.

Comedy Mashup is a monthly series that brings together working comedians from all over Southern California for a night of big laughs. The evening includes both stand up and improv performances.

The suggested audience for the performance is adults, ages 18 and older. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the bar. Doors open one hour prior to showtime.

Santa Clarita Master Chorale presents It’s All About the Music!

Bass, treble, and everything in between will be ringing from the stage as the Chorale and its youth choirs celebrate the gift that keeps on giving – music itself. Handel, Elgar, Rutter, Memley – even some Allan Petker – will be on the bill. It’ll be a grand night for singing sweet music and filling your heart.

Jun 2, 2018: The Society Improv – A Night of Laughter at The MAIN

Time: 8:00 pm

Improvised music, comedy, scenes, the works. If you’ve seen “Whose Line Is It Anyway” you have an idea of what kind of hilarious, energetic comedy that team improv can be.

If you come to our show, you will laugh. If you don’t, there’s no one who can help you. The Society are 12 time iO West Cage Match Champions.

This is a clean show and is appropriate for all ages.
