Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Jason C. Nitcha graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
He is a 2011 graduate of Valencia High School, Santa Clarita, Calif. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2015 from California State University, Channel Islands, Camarillo, Calif.

Congratz young man! Nice camo fatigues. When I served in the AF, all we got were drab olive green, the shirts weren’t cut cool like that, and we weren’t supposed to blouse our pants in our boots. (That was for grunts we were told.)
