They need to knock on my neighbors door for animal cruelty, nuisance, abandonment, and neglect!!! Seriously! ! !
Call the animal control and report them. If you can’t get through…keep calling. You can report them anonymously. That isn’t okay that abuse and neglect are involved. Very wrong!
I tried and they said I have to print a report and then I will be in front of them in court and explain. I rather be anonymous because I’m a single mom
