A missing developmentally disabled woman who was reported missing Wednesday morning has been found.

Teresa Marie Williams, 23, is “in good health” as of 3:40 p.m., according to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Williams was found Wednesday, June 08, 2016 in the state of Vermont in good condition, according to a Nixle. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and her family would like to thank the media and public for their assistance.

Her family was very concerned and asked for the public’s assistance. The SCV Sheriff’s Station’s initial tweet was retweeted 16 times and shared 13 times on Facebook.  People shared SCVTV’s Facebook post more than 160 times and KHTS AM-1220’s Facebook post 156 times. Sheriff’s officials thanked the community for sharing the missing person information.Williams was last seen leaving her residence on Barcotta Drive in Saugus at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. She suffers from epilepsy, narcolepsy and mild mental retardation.

Williams is five feet tall and weighs about 100 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red and black plaid long sleeve shirt, tennis shoes and anchor-shaped stud earrings. She has an approximately three-inch-long scar on her abdomen, near the rib cage and an approximately three-inch-long birthmark on her back left hip.
