The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce announced on Monday the hiring of Evolve Business Strategies to manage the Chamber’s day-to-day operations.

Evolve Business Strategies is a new venture launched by The Musella Group to provide business management services.

“We are very pleased to have secured The Musella Group’s new entity, Evolve Business Strategies, to manage the Chamber’s operations going forward,” said Nancy Starczyk, chair of the Board of Directors. “They are the most capable and knowledgeable group to successfully lead the Chamber.”

The Musella Group, owned by former Board Chair John Musella, is a local public affairs firm headquartered in the Santa Clarita Valley. Musella will continue his role as president and chief strategist for his company, while Evolve’s leadership will include local residents Ivan Volschenk as managing partner and Peter Warda as vice president.

“The Chamber is fortunate to have the trio of Musella, Volschenk and Warda who worked tirelessly to put the Chamber on a strong path forward over the last two years,” said SCV Chamber Immediate Past Chairman Troy Hooper. “I am excited that now, as Evolve Business Strategies, they will continue to provide operational leadership for the Chamber.”

Evolve will officially begin running the day-to-day operations of the Chamber on March 1. The Musella Group has been managing the Chamber for the last two years. All of the Chamber’s resources will be outsourced to Evolve Business Strategies.
