SCVTV “House Blend” stars are all over the place this weekend.

Friday night, The fahr.west Sessions serve up their acclaimed acoustic Americana at The Tasting Room at Wolf Creek Brewery. That’s the Rye Canyon Loop location. The seven-man band goes on at 6 p.m.; call 661-294-9977 for more info.

On Sunday, singer-songwriter Sean Wiggins and her guitar partner-producer Paul Houston play an acoustic set at the Rock Inn up in Lake Hughes. They’re on from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Visit historicrockinn.com for more details and directions.

A bit later, at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, award-winning SCV blues band Wumbloozo jams at the historic Adams’ Pack Station in Sierra Madre. Check out adamspackstation.com for more info, or call 626-447-7356.

And Sunday night, you can catch the world-famous rock ’n’ soul band Teresa James & The Rhythm Tramps at Café Cordiale. That’s in Sherman Oaks in Ventura Boulevard. After 30 years of presenting live music, the Café is closing, and the Tramps are playing the very last show there. Music starts at 8:30 and wraps at 11:30. Meanwhile, you can watch a preview of Teresa and the band’s show the night before, including songs from their new album. On Saturday night at 10, SCVTV presents an encore telecast of the smokin’-hot “House Blend” show featuring Teresa and the Tramps, and hosted by yours truly.
