A sweep by Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies and LA County probation officers netted four people who now face additional charges, according to authorities.
Here’s more of the story posted Thursday afternoon on the station’s social media:
“Santa Clarita Station detectives with the help of the Santa Clarita Station COBRA team and LA County Probation were able to arrest 1 individual for a felony and 3 others for misdemeanors.
“They conducted a crime suppression operation involving probation compliance checks, gang saturation patrols, and high visibility patrols in parks and venues frequented by the public.
“The felony arrest was of Jesse Anders who was on active probation for selling narcotics.
“This time he was arrested again for possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute.
“A large quantity of methamphetamine, along with heroin, ecstasy, weapons, and surveillance equipment were seized as part of his arrest.”
