Detectives from Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Canyon Country girl.
Lundon Brown, an 8-year-old girl is believed to the victim of a parental abduction.
The child is described as a black female, 4’0″, 44 lbs, with braids in her hair. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas, brown boots and a brown jacket. Her mother, Marian Demus, is a named suspect in the case. Marian is described to be a black female, age 35, 5’01”,130 lbs.
On Thursday, January 28, 2016, around 9:50 p.m., 8-year-old Lundon Brown was taken from her legal guardian’s (grandmother’s) residence in Canyon Country by her biological mother, Marian Demus. Her mother Marian has a history of drug use and she was accompanied by a white male in his 40’s with gray hair. They were last ween in a black BMW heading in an unknown destination. Marian Demus has ties to both the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys.
