I wonder if this is the Jerk setting off fireworks late at night setting off all the neighborhood dogs.. or if that’s another one.. Glad he’s not seriously hurt BUT.. HOPE he gets charged.. It is really too dry in the surrounding hills to tolerate this type of stupidity.. Numerous injuries, and property damage could have resulted. His parents should be looked into..or the source of his ‘fireworks’ .
Can’t blame him? It was 100% his fault. If he had not been doing stupid things with lighters and aerosol cans as you say then it would have never happened. He deserves to be charged with a crime and his parents should have to foot the bill for the Fire Dept. to come out. He was the only one involved so who else would be to blame?
