[KHTS] – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau officials are asking any other victims to step forward after a Winnetka man was charged with allegedly raping a woman outside of a Valencia restaurant.
Etienne Juarez Rosas, 24, was charged on Friday, Oct. 6, with raping a woman inside her car while it was parked outside a restaurant in the 27500 block of Wayne Mills Place.
“There are no other victims,” said Sgt. Brian Hudson with the Special Victims Bureau. “(We’re encouraging) any other victims to come forward.”
Rosas plead not guilty on Friday to one count of kidnapping to commit rape, one count of forcible rape and two counts of sexual penetration by foreign object, said Ricardo Santiago from the District Attorney’s office.
If convicted, Rosas faces a possible maximum sentence of 75 years to life in state prison.
The prosecutor is requesting $4 million bail.
Rosas is due back in court for a preliminary setting on Nov. 19, 2015.
The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Santa Clarita Station.

This rag needs brakes. He MAY be a rapist. Let’s let the police investigate and judicial courts act. I see a 24 year old server in a woman’s car a block from his work. MAYBE he isn’t a rapist? Too late. His picture is everywhere.
Now this rag says he is “investigated for other victims” Is the headline??? But “no other victims have come forward”. Shame on this amateur site. Innocent until proven guilty
