St. Clare Catholic Church in Canyon Country will hold a luau fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 17 to benefit its charity fund. Proceeds will benefit Santa Clarita Valley families in need of the church’s services and financial support.
Fr. Olin Mayfield said the church is seeking donations from local businesses in the form of gifts, gift certificates or services. Advertising spots are available in the event program for as little as $25.
All donations are tax deductible, and all donors will be acknowledged in the program brochure. Donors also may include their own company brochures or coupons in the church’s give-away bags. Donations valued over $50 will receive a complimentary business card-size ad in the program.
