The Santa Clarita community will once again show their support for a great non-profit, WiSH Education Foundation while sampling 44 chilis on Tuesday, March 20.
Last year’s event was a great success, and this year it is sure to be over the top. The event is being held at Wolf Creek Brewery (Rye Canyon Loop, off Kelly Johnson Parkway in Valencia) and includes a VIP experience and general admission, live band, DJ and dancing along with a live and silent auction and a kid’s corner.
Community anticipation is heating up with excitement for this annual event. Chili cookers far and wide are looking forward to presenting their prized recipe in hopes of winning first, second or third prize or People Choice Award. This year’s Presenting Sponsor is Whitening Lightning Teeth Whitening Products and Gerard Cosmetics. A lot of other local businesses also stepped up to sponsor this great cause and what’s sure to be a memorable night.
Our celebrity judges will carefully critique each cooker’s chili and choose a winner for Judges choice. Attendees of the cook-off are given the opportunity to vote their favorite chili, the chili receiving the most votes will win first, second or third prize for the People Choice Award.
The Grizwald’s will spice up the dance floor with live music of all genres, and the live and silent auction are filled with great packages you won’t want to miss. Again, proceeds will be benefiting the WiSH Education Foundation. The event starts at 6 pm (VIP early entry at 5:30pm) on Tuesday, March 20th at Wolf Creek Brewery, 25108 Rye Canyon Loop, Valencia, 91355. Rain or shine.
