Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Crime Prevention Unit
Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Canyon Country East:
(4) Commercial burglaries, (1) residential burglary, (1) Vehicle Burglary.
During the past week we saw a reduction in part 1 crimes in Zone 8. There was one residential burglary reported in the “Fair Oaks Ranch” area. This incident occurred near the 26000 of Swan Lane. In this incident the suspect(s) entered through a bathroom window and stole approximately $5000.00 worth of jewelry. If you have any information regarding this incident please call Santa Clarita station detectives.
A commercial burglary occurred at the “T-Mobile” store on Golden Valley Road. While the store was closed, 4 male black suspects shattered the front door of the business and ransacked the store. Several high dollar cell phones were taken from the store.
A male was walking on Jakes Way at Fahren Court when a male Hispanic suspect came up to him from behind and stole his cell phone from his hand. The suspect ran off and at this time has not been arrested.
There was a vehicle burglary reported near the 28000 block of Silver Saddle Circle. The suspect stole several tools and equipment from the victim’s vehicle.

Melissa Power, Valencia had NINETEEN incidents and Canyon Country had six. That’s three times higher in Valencia and that isn’t a fluke. They consistently have a higher crime rate and that is a verifiable fact.
She is too blind to see that. I think she never read the news about Valencia pft
