Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Crime Prevention Unit
Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch:
(1) Commercial Burglary, (5) Shoplift and (1) Petty Theft.
A commercial burglary occurred near the 25600 block of The Old Road. A female suspect entered the location and used a fraudulent credit card to purchase several items. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station Detectives.
A shoplift/burglary occurred near the 24900 block of Pico Canyon Road. Four male suspects entered the location and took several electronic items. The suspects ripped the items from the display cases, breaking the security cables. The suspects then exited the location and ran northbound through the parking lot and out of view. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, please call the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
There were four incidents of shoplifting reported near the 25400 block of The Old Road resulting in four arrests.
A petty theft occurred near the 24900 block of Constitution Avenue. An unknown suspect took two bicycles, which were locked in a rack located under an apartment complex stairwell. The suspect cut the cable lock with an unknown object.
