Okay so here it is: Stevenson Ranch and Valenica all seem like very nice areas but coming from someone who lives there, it’s not as good as you might think. I live in Stevenson Ranch right between the old road and pico canyon and there have been at LEAST 3 deaths JUST from drivers hitting bicyclists, burglaries and not to mention the 2 people who were stabbed to death in front of my house. I Also live in canyon country with my mom and haven’t heard of a single murder. The worst I heard of was a bank robbery but they threw the money out onto the streets for people to take hahaha. This is so backwards. TL:DR
Well there weren’t murders but dont forget this past year the 2 guys gunned down by the cops for being extremely dangerous. The one on Sierra Highway and in front of the Library. Not as safe as it seems either. Even recently in the past month a guy was detained for walking by Jakes Way carrying a gun. Personally I feel the city used to be way safer than it is now
I do remember a murder in CC last year. A guy came home drunk and shot his father to death. I also heard of a bunch of pizza delivery drivers getting robbed in CC.
