Don’t be disgustingly greedy!! Have some consideration for the widow like yourself. My gosh!
Nope – I guess ignorance of the law and reality is bliss in this particular case. The reality is that this is SOLELY about insurance money. You have to sue the individual or estate in order to get the insurance company who is playing games here to pony up for their insured (and deceased) driver’s negligence. The greedy insurance company that is involved doesn’t want to fairly compensate the family of the deceased, non-negligent passenger Mr. Silva apparently
I love Corvettes. Respect the power!
They probably have to sue to prove negligence to get the ins to cover the passenger
Not if he was a passenger in a one car accident. Negligence is obvious. What likely happened is insurance isn’t paying the policy limit.
???? shut up Albert Jiminez lol
Freakin lawyers. Look, the guys were out having a good time and crashed. Was alcohol involved? Maybe, but regardless , they were friends and drove something beyond their capabilities. You can’t tell me the passenger was screaming ” stop! Stop!! Oh god Wat are you doing??”
This is lawyers feeding off emotions of grieving spouse
Mindy Ann was this when you were first on scene?
Haha yes! That’s so crazy
Greedy
Greedy shame on you
Seriously? Smh
Absolutely the Insurance companies are declining coverage. These guys are in my peer group, and the driver was “showing off”. I also have a C7 and the performance is VERY tempting. You have the responsibility to maintain control as a driver. Turning off Traction Control is a very intentional act. Any C7 driver SHOULD know what it does, and it’s intention. There are a plethora of advisories when and when not to use it. And hill cruising on pubic access roads is NOT one of them.
How did you got that pixchr
