[KHTS] – A woman was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the 14 Freeway north of Canyon Country early Saturday.
The driver and only occupant of a 2009 Dodge Challenger was driving northbound at 1:45 a.m. when the crash occurred south of Agua Dulce Canyon Road, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jennifer Cassidy.
“She was not wearing her seatbelt … and was partially ejected from the left side of the vehicle,” Cassidy said.
The vehicle was in the fast lane lane when it drifted to the left into the carpool lane and struck the center divider, she said.
The vehicle then traveled along the center divider median wall before veering sharply to the right, where it crossed all lanes.
It vaulted over the brush on the freeway shoulder and continued up the dirt-brush hillside and landed on its roof against another dirt hillside.
The victim’s name was not released.

That’s a common place to crash. I wonder why. No disrespect at all, it’s just there’s a lot of fatal accidents around there.
