Nancy Lulejian Starczyk was named the 38th Assembly District “Woman of the Year” by Assemblyman Dante Acosta, R-Santa Clarita.

During the Legislative Women’s Caucus “Women’s History Month” of March, the Assembly paused from its business to bestow accolades on Nancy celebrating and thanking her for her success in making her community better.

Nancy currently serves as President of the 10,000 Member Southland Regional Association of Realtors. She has been the recipient of several awards including:

– Realtor of the Year 2015

– President’s Award 2013 and 2016

– Member of the Year 2001 and 2012

– Distinguished Service Award 2011

– Zonta’s Carmen Sarro Woman of the Year Award 2008

– Top 51 Most Influential People in Santa Clarita Valley 2016

Nancy is a Director for the California Association of Realtors, SCV Chamber of Commerce, SCV Youth Project, Economic Development Corporation. She is a Government Affairs Advocate and a member of the CLWA Blue Ribbon Committee, the SoCalGas Aliso Canyon Community Advisory Committee, the Porter Valley Country Club Business Alliance and a member of the Northern LA Counties Community Protection Coalition.

Nancy works as a full-time Realtor at Realty Executives Santa Clarita.
