No one was injured when a car hit a guardrail near the corner of McBean Parkway and Copper Hill Road in Valencia late Wednesday morning, according to authorities.

“It was a single-car collision and there were no injuries,” Shirley Miller, Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station public information officer, said Wednesday afternoon.

    I second that .What I find more amazing is that I see drivers talking on their phones when they are driving a car equipped with hands free capability.

    Some person in a red van was in the turning lane and my girfriend and I were just driving our light was green the vans was red then he decided to try and beat us through the intercection and decides to hit us twice with his car we hit the gard rail flipped flew in the air and landed on the bridge.. please look out for a ugly red van with damage on the front right of the car he ran from us!!! Hit and run!! Luckuly her and i walked away with minor damage

      Teddy Hage thank you so much for the picture. The passengers of the other car seem to be OK per cops but it was my husband they hit. He is OK too but we don’t have any witnesses. Would you mind updating this post to ask for witnesses? My husband was in a red van, parked much further down pulled over so he is not in the picture as far as I can tell.

      You should check it out if this actually was a hit and run as you said.

    Adam, not a hit and run. The red van driver was up ahead letting a motorcycle cop know about the accident. Witnesses too.

    So glad to hear no one was injured. When I saw the road was completely blocked off by the Sheriff I feared it was a fatality.
