Welcome to paradise at a high-energy, live show coming up in Santa Clarita’s Concerts in the Park series, presented by Logix Federal Credit Union, this Saturday, July 21, at 7:00 p.m., in Central Park (27150 Bouquet Canyon Road).
With the songs, look, harmonies and hooks that fans deserve, Green Today is known for a genuinely enthusiastic tribute that becomes contagious, giving listeners the best music from more than 20 years of Green Day’s chart-topping hits.
You could sit around and watch the tube, change the channels for an hour or two, or you could see Green Today, continuing the Concerts in the Park schedule this week. Born in punk, experimenting with grunge and verging into crossover, the original musicians of Green Day were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2015. Tribute bands like Green Today continue to prove that their irreverent sound can be both rebellious and accessible.
Concerts in the Park is a free music series, presented by the City, every Saturday night through August 25. The family-friendly atmosphere allows residents and visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy the music all summer long. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring beach chairs and blankets for seating at Central Park. Food vendors will be on site selling a variety of concessions and snacks.
