Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich and the Los Angeles county Fire Department hosted the 15th Annual Holiday Party on Dec. 3 for Los Angeles County’s foster youth at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Gifts and food were passed out to over 500 parents, children and caregivers.
Christmas music provided background as caregivers, foster parents and children were greeted with food, presents, holiday cheer, and a free day inside Six Flags Magic Mountain.
“The holiday season can be difficult for these children and this party brightens their spirits,” Antonovich said. “But we really need families to adopt and provide loving homes for these wonderful children.”
Other sponsors include AT&T, Newhall Land, Edison and the Los Angeles County Fire Department who collected the toys through their “Spark of Love” toy drive.
