We ain’t got no crystal ball, but we know you shouldn’t miss the show when Sublime tribute band, 40 Oz. to Freedom, performs at this Saturday’s Santa Clarita Concerts in the Park series, presented by Logix Federal Credit Union.
With a sound straight from Long Beach, the band has won the San Diego Music Award for Best Tribute, and has developed one of the largest tribute band followings in the world. You’ll hear why when you experience the music and So-Cal vibe of Sublime recreated, from thumping bass and beats – to shredding guitar riffs and vocals.
The performance takes place this Saturday, Aug. 25, at 7:00 p.m., in Central Park (27150 Bouquet Canyon Road), and will bring the 2018 Concerts in the Park series to its finale. With this closing show, the series will be estimated to have hosted more than 48,000 residents and guests over the course of summer 2018. Life is too short, so love the one you got – and enjoy the show while you still can.
Concerts in the Park is a free music series put on by the City every Saturday night through the summer season. The family-friendly atmosphere allows residents and visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy the music. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring beach chairs and blankets for seating at Central Park. Food vendors will be on site selling a variety of concessions and snacks. For more information on Concerts in the Park, visit Santa-Clarita.com/Concerts.
