Small Brush Fire in Stevenson Ranch Knocked Down Quickly

Los Angeles County firefighters responded to a quarter acre brush fire in Stevenson Ranch near West Valencia Boulevard at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday. The fire began at 12:26 and was burning some light grass, according to a LACoFD official. It was knocked down by 12:42 p.m. Crews were mopping up as of 1 p.m.
