A private plane crashed in Canyon Country late Sunday morning, with four confirmed dead on arrival, as reported by the Los Angeles County Fire Department Public Information Officer’s Twitter.
LACoFD reported receiving calls about the Briggs Incident at about 10:54 a.m. on Sunday, February 11, 2018.
The private plane came down in the 30,000 block of Briggs Road.
As of 10 a.m. Monday, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner had still not officially released the names of the four victims pending legal notification of next of kin, said Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner.
