If a person can kill their pet willfully, he should get the full sentence! Animals & children don’t have voice, & it’s our responsibility to care for them. If he killed his dog, what might he do to a child?

Wow what an aggressive comment. Do you know all the facts in this case before voicing your opinion? What if the dog was terminally ill and the owner decided to put it down personally instead of paying a vet $250 to do the same thing. Putting animals down mercifully via a bullet is very common across the world, moreso in rural areas. I do not pretend to know the circumstances in this actual case but why don’t we leave it to the authorities to determine appropriate measures before you chirp in with your ultra liberal opinions?
