The CrisCom Company will present their “LEADER FOR AMERICA” award to Santa Clarita resident Andrew Skinner for his relentless efforts in helping individuals with spinal cord injuries.
Since its inception in 2008, the Triumph Foundation has delivered countless “Care Baskets” which “provide information and resources about the many organizations, assistance programs, and activities that exist to help people with a spinal cord injury with their new beginning and…enable them to keep living their lives to the fullest potential.”
After Andrew’s injury in 2004, he and his wife Kirsten founded the Triumph Foundation. The Foundation helps those with spinal cord injuries to “triumph over their disability and to inspire them to keep moving forward with their lives by pushing themselves to get better every day.”
“Because of Andrew’s spirit and compassion for others, we couldn’t be more pleased to honor him with our 2015 Leader For America Award,” said CrisCom’s CEO, Chuck Jelloian. “Andrew is an inspiration to countless people, and his dedication and hard work are truly making a difference.”
Andrew will be honored during a reception at the Northridge Hospital Medical Center on Thursday, December 17th.
With the culmination of The CrisCom Company’s 10th Anniversary in 2007, the firm established an annual “Leader for America” award. This prestigious award is The CrisCom Company’s highest honor, recognizing “those extraordinary leaders who have made a tremendous impact benefitting our nation in a positive way.”
Established in 1997, The CrisCom Company is a nationwide governmental affairs, business development and public relations firm with corporate headquarters located in Chatsworth, California.
