03/13/17
Vehicle Burglary- 30000 block of Arline Street
Person(s) unknown removed a skylight to his trailer and made entry. The victim stated nothing was taken.
Vehicle Burglary- 20000 block of Jacana Court
Person(s) unknown smashed the front passenger window and stole clothing and a tote bag.
Grand Theft Auto- 19200 block of Vicci Street
Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s vehicle which was parked near the above location.
03/14/17
Commercial Burglary- 19300 block of Soledad Canyon Road
Person(s) unknown smashed the store front window and made entry into the location. The inside looked ransacked however during the time of the report, deputies were unable to determine if any property was taken.
Petty Theft- 28000 block of Foxlane Drive
Person(s) unknown was seen on camera taking mail from the victim’s mail box.
03/16/17
Grand Theft- 28800 block of Silver Saddle Circle
Person(s) unknown stole approximately $50,000.00 in cash from the victim’s bedroom drawer. The report states there is possible suspect information.
03/17/17
Commercial Burglary- 18500 block of Soledad Canyon Road
One suspect was arrested for smashing a store front window and taking items from within. All the property was returned to the victim.
03/18/17
Grand Theft Auto- 19300 block of Golden Valley Road
Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s vehicle which was parked at a nearby parking lot. The vehicle was later found and returned to the victim.
Shoplifting- 19100 block of Golden Valley Road
One suspect was arrested for taking store items and making no attempt to pay for the items.
IF YOU WITNESS A CRIME
If you see or suspect a crime is being committed, pay particular attention to the features of the offender(s) and any vehicles involved. Try to be prepared to provide at least the following about the offenders:
When reporting a crime by telephone, remain on the phone until the dispatcher is fully briefed with all the information necessary to dispatch the appropriate response personnel to the scene.
1. Age, race, height, and weight;
2. Hair color and style, beard and mustache;
3. Notable characteristics (acne, scars, glasses mental state, etc.)
4. Clothing description;
5. Location where last seen;
6. Last known direction of travel;
7. Vehicle description and distinctive markings.
Witnesses who wish to remain anonymous may do so. It is more important that a response be dispatched as quickly as possible.
