[KHTS] -Santa Clarita Valley deputies are seeking the owner of some missing cash, an official said Thursday.

A woman turned in a large sum of cash that was found on the ground in the Newhall area on April 15.

Deputies are seeking the owner, as no one has claimed the cash.

The owner of the cash is asked to contact Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Detective Brad Thompson at 661-799-5140.
