Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station COBRA detectives are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating Kenneth Mitchell, a suspect wanted for an alleged attempted murder that occurred in 2015.
It is detectives’ hope that by refreshing the case to the public, new leads can be developed that will lead them to the successful apprehension of a wanted fugitive.
On Aug. 28, 2015, at approximately 8 a.m., the suspect identified to be Mitchell, described as a black male, age 30, drove by a condo complex located on the 28000 block of Sarabande Lane in Canyon Country and allegedly fired a handgun at a male adult victim, striking him in the leg.
The suspect then fled the scene and has remained outstanding to this date.
Detectives are seeking any new leads that may assist in locating the attempted murder suspect.
