Streets will undergo phase two and/or three of the overlay process, which is grinding and paving.

Coordination on this in terms of alternate routes was poor. It was a hassle to get home. Plenty of road closure signs, only one detour sign. When I asked one of the workers which way I could go, the response was, “I don’t know. Try that way and stay on the left side.”
