SIDEWINDER is an  Original Roots Americana Band based in San Diego. An Evening With SIDEWINDER will feature Western, Bluegrass, Blues, Folk and Original music.

Long time veterans of the Southern California music scene, Ken Wilcox, Tom Wolverton, and Bruce Huntington have joined forces to create Sidewinder, an exciting acoustic musical group. A Sidewinder performance will include many original songs written by band members Tom Wolverton and Bruce Huntington. Featuring raw energy, excellent musicianship, and polished three-part harmonies, the band is in great demand from San Diego, to Los Angeles, and Tucson to Tombstone. Expect an entertaining mix of Western, Original, Roots, and Americana music you won’t want to miss!

Bruce Huntington (pictured) is an accomplished songwriter and musician playing stand up and electric bass.  Tom Wolverton,  joins Bruce as the trio’s songwriter. He’s been playing dobro, mandolin, and claw hammer banjo for over 40 years.  Ken Wilcox develops all the group’s vocal harmony arrangements and is known for his flat guitar picking and autoharp expertise.
