The Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the 10th annual State of the County Luncheon as Supervisor Kathryn Barger shares her vision for the Santa Clarita Valley.

On Friday, May 11, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its annual State of the County Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in Valencia. This year will be the Chamber’s 10th anniversary hosting this event, and it couldn’t be a better milestone year for the Chamber.

“The Chamber is very excited to have held this event for 10 years now,” said John Musella, Acting Executive Director of the SCV Chamber. “It’s a milestone year for this event, and it couldn’t have come at a better time for the Chamber as it is back to becoming the leading business organization for the Santa Clarita Valley.”

Supervisor Barger will be addressing the Valley’s elected officials, prominent business leaders, and community influentials as she discusses topics pertinent to our business community and Santa Clarita Valley. From economic development to public safety and homelessness, Supervisor Barger will engage in conversation about her vision for our Valley and LA County.

“Supervisor Barger has had an action-packed first year and we are excited to hear from her as she shares her experience on a female dominant board as well as being the only republican on the Board of Supervisors,” stated Troy Hooper, Chairman of the SCV Chamber Board. “It’s always a pleasure listening to the Supervisor engage in conversation, so this is definitely an event that our community is looking forward to.”

Top sponsors for the event will be hosted with a private VIP reception before the event with Supervisor Barger. Guests will have the opportunity to have an intimate conversation with the Supervisor prior to the lunch.
