The SCV Chamber will host a new business promotions and networking event, the POP-UP Biz Expo, on Wednesday, June 19, from 5:-00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at California Institute of the Arts. The business to business focused event is a unique, new marketing platform for businesses.

Registration for businesses to participate ends Friday, June 7.

“This is going to be a great business networking event,” said Nancy Starczyk, 2019 Chair of the Board of the SCV Chamber. “The POP-UP Biz Expo is designed to be a format for local businesses to best showcase their company’s products and services in a new way which allows businesses to better network with each other.”

The POP-UP Biz Expo will take place in the Main Gallery at CalArts and is free to attendees. Business being showcased range from specialty shops, insurance, auto dealers, travel/tourism, media, non-profits and more. Our local restaurants will also be featuring their products, including Wolf Creek Brewery, Stonefire Grill and The Old Town Junction. Businesses are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible to take advantage of this new and exciting opportunity to reach out to clients and fellow businesses.

Event sponsors include Wells Fargo, CalArts, The Signal, KHTS and the City of Santa Clarita.

Businesses participating will register with a $175 fee for Chamber members and a $275 fee for not-yet-members. Registration includes a personalized table-top pop-up banner to display on their table.

Registration closes Friday, June 7. In order to have a pop-up banner created, businesses must register by that date. Any businesses who register after the June 7 deadline, can still participate but wont receive the custom table-top pop-up banner.
