An SUV driven by a 20-year-old Castaic man was traveling southbound on Bouquet Canyon Road north of David Way in Saugus when the vehicle crossed over into oncoming traffic and reportedly collided head-on with a sedan being driven by an Agua Dulce woman, 28, on Monday at approximately 10:30 p.m.
Medical examiners identified the victim in the May 5 fatal head-on collision in Valencia.
