Simpatico Systems LLC of Lubbock, Texas, announced the acquisition of Valencia-based AdageIT effective Aug. 1.
Simpatico Systems, with locations throughout Texas, is expanding its services beyond the Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Arizona to now include the Santa Clarita, Valencia and northern valley of Los Angeles.
CEO, Greg Bazar states, “AdageIT is a great fit into our growing company.” “The crew in California follows many of the same values we have at Simpatico.”
The new partnership under Simpatico Systems brings not only an expanded IT offerings, but also new opportunities to provide surveillance, life safety, audio, visual, and security (SLAVS) to Adage’s existing customer base and potential partners.
Pat Vaughn, Director of Marketing for Simpatico, said, “Low-voltage wiring and accessories are built using IT technology. By acquiring AdageIT, Simpatico Systems now has an even better position to deliver end-to-end solutions.”
