Well, now isn’t this Special?
I love how all the press releases regarding our new Water Overlords insist that the new Agency is and has always been our benevolent water purveyor here in the SCV.
I guess if you consider the years of legal machinations that it took to absorb all three major water companies into one big conglomerate that owns and controls both imported water AND groundwater in the SCV – from Vincent Gap all the way west to the Ventura County Line – then this is a big deal.
Of course if you or I want to see and hear what they choose to tell us about water we have to pay $65 each for a cheeseburger at the Valencia Country club two weeks from now.
Don’t worry folks, they really don’t want you to show up and ask questions. Just sit back and rest easy; they’re only doing this because they know what’s best for us.
They and I know you agree because there won’t be anybody there except those who will profit from this entire process cooked up by The Powers That Be here in Awesome Town…and all those other little town-lets like Canyon Country, Saugus, Newhall, etc.
