A 28-year-old Stevenson Ranch man was arrested in Newhall on an outstanding warrant and drug charges Tuesday, according to Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials.

Here’s more of the story from the station’s social media:

“On Tuesday morning, deputies responded to a Newhall gas station on Lyons Avenue regarding a male adult who had been in a restroom for about an hour.

“Upon making contact with the man to check on his well-being, they discovered he was wanted on a $75,000 warrant.

“Deputies also found the suspect to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

“The 28-year-old Stevenson Ranch man was arrested on the warrant and narcotics charges and transported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station jail.”
