Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Crime Prevention Unit
Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch:
(1) Robbery, (1) Commercial Burglary, (7) Shoplift and (3) Petty Thefts
An armed robbery occurred near the 25600 block of The Old Road. A male suspect entered the location and, after “shopping” for approximately one hour, approached the register and produced a firearm, demanding money from the clerk. He then walked around the counter and demanded the clerk open the safe. After taking several hundreds of dollars, the suspect exited the store and fled out of view. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station Detectives.
A commercial burglary occurred near the 25800 block of The Old Road. A male suspect entered the location from a side door and took the tip jar off of the bar. The suspect ran northbound The Old Road and out of view.
There were seven incidents of shoplifting near the 25400 block of The Old Road. These incidents resulted in six arrests.
A petty theft occurred near the 26900 block of The Old Road. An unknown suspect took an approximate ten foot copper pipe from a rear loading dock of a vacant building.
A petty theft occurred near the 17800 block of Henry Mayo Drive. An unknown suspect took approximately forty feet of copper wire and a battery from an open dirt lot near the location.

What time of day was the armed robbery, and where?
That catch them is why we’re safer. Should live on the east side of town. They may live near here but they do crime on the west side of town. You know, dogs don’t poop in there own yards if they can help it.lol
