Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies arrested a Canyon Country probationer Saturday night and charged the man with multiple felonies.
Here’s more on the Canyon Country probationer from the station’s social media:
“On Saturday, June 1, around 7 p.m., deputies responded to the 27800 block of Rosamond Drive, where they made contact with an adult male and detained him pending a negligent discharge of a firearm investigation.
“Deputies observed that the adult male, Kyle Reisinger, 26, of Canyon Country, appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also determined to be on active probation for robbery.
“Deputies arrested Reisinger on multiple felony charges including felon in possession of a firearm; felon in possession of ammunition; discharging a firearm in a negligent manner; possession of a firearm while under the influence of a controlled substance; and child endangerment.
“If an individual is released from incarceration on probationary terms, it’s a freedom they should not take for granted, or they’ll end up right back in jail again.”
