The City of Santa Clarita has rebranded VisitSantaClarita.com, the official website for Santa Clarita Tourism, providing visitors with enhanced tools and information to plan their next trip to the city.  The project was a collaborative effort between the City and the Santa Clarita Tourism Bureau, which work together to attract more than three million visitors each year.

“As the official resource for those interested in visiting Santa Clarita, we always want to provide our visitors with current and helpful information to plan their Santa Clarita visit,” said Mayor Frank Ferry.  “The enhanced tourism website allows visitors to easily find the information they are looking for, while providing a comprehensive understanding of what makes Santa Clarita one of Southern California’s best destinations.”

The new website showcases a contemporary look and streamlined user experience that encourages more interaction among potential visitors.  The site also features enhanced resources and functionality, including travel tips, suggested itineraries, a price comparison hotel booking tool and links to several Santa Clarita-specific social media tools that ensure visitors stay connected and informed about deals, points of interest, and events.

VisitSantaClarita.com, which caters to the individual traveler, also links to TeamSantaClarita.com, a website dedicated to teams and group sports business.  TeamSantaClarita.com provides event planners and coaches with sports field and facility details, packages, and resources for meeting planners and event organizers, including access to free services like: request for proposal coordination; bid preparation, distribution and presentation among partners; and site inspection coordination.

Santa Clarita welcomes more than three million visitors a year and offers guests of Six Flags Magic Mountain & Six Flags Hurricane Harbor a variety of hotel offerings, restaurants, and outdoor activities.  Visit Santa Clarita is the destination sales and marketing organization for the City of Santa Clarita, working with tourism partners to create a competitive distinction for Santa Clarita in the Southern California visitor marketplace to attract leisure visitors, conferences and meetings.
