Yair Haimoff

NAI Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Yair Haimoff, SIOR as Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of NAI Capital’s L.A. North office located in Santa Clarita.

Yair is a 13 year commercial real estate veteran and started his career with NAI Capital in 2002. He specializes in leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and investment properties in the Santa Clarita, San Fernando, and Conejo Valleys. “Yair is a consummate commercial real estate professional with an excellent track record of success. We feel that he has the vision, passion and organizational skills to take the reins at the Santa Clarita office and increase productivity and results,” says Tim Foutz, CEO.
