In honor of back to school season for the United States military academies, Congresswoman Katie Hill (D-Agua Dulce) celebrated the 23 students from California’s 25th Congressional District set to succeed at the US Naval Academy, US Military Academy, US Air Force Academy, US Merchant Marine Academy, and the US Coast Guard Academy.
In June, Hill hosted a celebration for these students and their families. This celebration included many members of the community that support a tradition of service, including Lieutenant Colonel Kirk Reagan – 412th Test Wing Vice Wing Commander, Ellie Kay – Founder and CEO of Heroes at Home, and former Congressman Steve Knight.
“As the Congresswoman representing these 23 students, I could not be prouder of the hard work they have already put in to earn their spot at our Academies and Preparatory Schools,” Hill said. “Our community has a rich history of excellence in military service and I am confident these new leaders will continue on that path by representing our District and our Country with honor. Congratulations to the class of 2023.”
Below are the names of CA-25 residents and the military academies they are attending.
