Santa Clarita Artists Association (SCAA) member Olga Kaczmar announces a reception on Jan. 12, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Join SCAA for light appetizers and wine at Fastframe, 24204 Valencia Blvd., Valencia, 91355. The exhibit will run from Jan. 8 – Jan. 31.
Owners of Fastframe, Randy and Rose-Marie Burzynski, are well-versed in designing and producing the right look to enhance your wall. Each month Fastframe features a different artist, giving local artists a venue for displaying their masterpieces.
During her commercial art years, Kaczmar produced renderings for patent applications, exhibits and brochures. Her exhibit at Fast Frame reveals a fun variety of art: horses, dogs, cats, wild animals, landcapes, and people. To preview her work, see: www.olgakaczmar.com.
Her computer-generated famine-genocide posters have been shown throughout the USA, Canada, Ukraine, France, Australia, and the United Kingdom. In 2008, her art was used to promote a film and book on the 1932 Ukrainian genocide. She has an international following of researchers on her www.dpcamps.org web site, people searching for families lost during World War II.
