Concert Series
Westfield Valencia Town Center
Friday, June 14, 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Valencia Jazz & Blues Concert Series returns for its 20th year, and opens at a new location on Town Center Drive, outside the Westfield Valencia Town Center. The FREE summer concert series happens every Friday night for the next eight weeks until August 2. Expect to see some of the top jazz and blues recording artists in the world in a family-friendly, quaint street-party setting. Food, beverage and sponsor booths will open at 6:30 p.m. Music by the featured artist will begin at 7 p.m. The Delgado Brothers kick off night number one of the series.

Saturday, June 15, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

“Sticky Fingers” is a vibrant collection of mixed medium art. Join us at the free art reception to meet the artists from The Collage Lab and talk to others that are excited about art.

The Collage Lab gets together monthly to experiment with the medium of collage, often throwing in mixed media and assemblage just for fun. Often times the Collage Lab artists are challenged to create a work from similar materials to see what each artist does with it.

Artist Reception
First Floor Gallery at City Hall
Wednesday, June 26, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Enjoy light appetizers, live music, and meet the artists featured in this newest exhibition by The Santa Clarita Valley Quilt Guild. This group is dedicated to giving to the community, and promotes the art of quilting through sharing, friendship, education and service to the community. In 2018, the group developed several projects for the residents of Santa Clarita, including the donation of 27 quilts for Habitats for Heroes, and 78 quilts to Homes4Families. The quilts in this exhibit have all been created by members of The Santa Clarita Valley Quilt Guild and their passion for this art form can be seen in each piece on display.

Concerts in the Park
Central Park
July 6 – Aug. 24 – 7:00 p.m.

The summer Concerts in the Park lineup has been released and concerts will be happening every Saturday night in Central Park, starting on July 6. Eight weeks of FREE music, with food vendors and concessions for sale during the events. Guests are encouraged to arrive early with lawn chairs and blankets to sit, relax and enjoy the show. Wannabe: A Tribute to Spice Girls will be kicking off the summer series with all your favorite Spice Girls hits. The City of Santa Clarita’s Concerts in the Park series is presented by Logix Federal Credit Union.
