What’s great is that 95% will go for the first week and then pay a years worth of dues without setting foot again in the gym until next January.

My wife & I go 5 to 6 times a week to SNAP Fitness here in Corvallis, OR. I want to see 100 in 20 years and look as well as I do today. You have to exercise or live a painful and not enjoyable life.
