I thought that was Hosted By West Ranch High School isn’t it the West Ranch Classic? Valencia, hasn’t hosted a Marching Band Competition since I believe 2009?2010? The year my daughter started a Golden Valley’s ? Marching Band and Color Guard.
West Ranch hosts a tournament on Valencia high schools campus on October 31 this year.
Valencia high school has hosted a weekday field tournament in November for a number of years with a growing reputation as one of the best shows to attend in north Los Angeles County. Thank you to all parents/volunteers who make this annual event so successful.
Hummmm maybe I just don’t remember GV attending it, maybe we had attended other Competitions elsewhere looking to expand the kids, experiences. My daughter graduated a few, years ago and I’ve been out of that for the last 2 years now. But I can tell people expecially people of Santa Clarita please go to these competitions expecially if your kids, are in Marching Band, Color Guards or Drum Line Competitions the kids are so very happy when they find you’ve come to see them compete. There are three here just in the SCV West Ranch Classic @ valencia, high school,
Valencia @ Valencia high school, and Hart Rampage @ COC Hosted by Hart High School. If nothing else and you kids compete in these three consider attending them…you will be so proud of what they do.
And don’t forget Hart Rampage … that’s going on, too
