The city of Santa Clarita will host a free panel discussion titled “Where do you Find Inspiration?” in the next installment of Art Tank at The Main in Old Town Newhall on Thursday, November 21, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Launched earlier this year, the series of informal discussions by creative community members is designed to help artists and performers of all levels share, discuss and learn.

Attendees at the discussion will hear from other artists and creators about where they find inspiration for their art, whether it be internal or external forces.

In addition to discussing where to find inspiration, topics will include how to develop an idea, how to choose what you want to create and how to decide what you want to say through your art.

Each Art Tank discussion centers on a different art-related topic and presents opportunities for participants to expand their knowledge about their craft and solve the challenges they face in their art. Through group conversation, Art Tank connects people in the community.

Art Tank furthers the city’s goal of supporting the arts in Santa Clarita, and residents are encouraged to utilize this resource.
