Local vocalist Lisa Tenorio to headline with violinist David Ewart and keyboardist Leslie Garman to benefit Our Lady of Perpetual Help Confirmation Student’s Mission Trip to Cuba.

The concert is performed Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the OLPH Church. This professional concert will include a variety of song styles such as jazz, broadway, pop and opera.

In addition to the concert will be a silent auction including VIP tickets to the Dr. Phil and The Doctors shows, L.A. Dodger memorabilia, Magic Mountain tickets, dinners, manicure, hair styling and plenty more.

About the Performers

Lisa Tenorio – Vocalist – Tenorio began her music craft at a young age. Her crisp, agile and tranquil voice was recognized by being awarded the prestigious Omni Award for Best Female Vocalist of the Year and winner on TV’s America’s Most Talented Kids. She sang Bernadette’s Theme for the multi-award winning film Lourdes. Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree in music at Pepperdine University, and Masters degree at University of Denver. Lisa has performed the lead roles in South Pacific, The Gondeliers, Die Fledermaus, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Oliver and others. Tenorio is also a cantor at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

David Ewart – Violin – Ewart is considered a world-class violinist and provides show-stopping entertainment. He has performed on over 1,000 major motion picture scores. He also recorded with luminaries like Paul McCartney, Frank Sinatra, Harry Connick Jr., Luciano Pavarotti, Celine Dion, Elton John and many more. He has played with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and has been a member of the Oregon, Tucson and Florida symphonies.

Leslie Garman – Keyboards & Vocals – Garman has been a premier soloist for numerous Master works with the San Luis Obispo Symphony, as well as soloist and guest conductor for the Cambria Orchestra. She is currently a charter member of the Santa Clarita Master Chorale and continues to be a featured soloist.
